Next Video Project: Documentary
In groups of two – three people, produce a 2-3 minute documentary on an interesting student or staff member at HHS. THE DOCUMENTARY MUST BE TRUE. ALL CONTENT MUST BE COPYRIGHT CLEARED.
USE freeplaymusicclassic.com for music.
Think about the students and staff here at Heritage that you know that are interesting. Maybe they are a musician, maybe they have a unique hobby, like cooking or magic tricks, either way, make an interesting documentary about that person.
PROJECT WILL BE SHOT IN YOUR CFGS, PLEASE STAY WITH YOUR GROUPS.
Documentaries usually consist of.
1. Interviews: Footage of people interviewed with a solid background or in their natural environment. Choose a location with plenty of light. Use an audio recorder.
2. B-Roll: Footage that illustrates what people are talking about. For a documentary on education, for example, you would have interviews with teachers and footage of teachers and students interacting.
3. Title Credits & End Credits with a Credit Roll.
EACH PERSON TURNS IN THEIR OWN EDIT OF THE GROUP FOOTAGE.
Final Group Projects are due on Friday, October 12th, 2016
